How we work
We're a fully remote company with people spread all over the world. A small team doing work that Fortune 500 companies and government agencies depend on. That means every person here has real leverage. No hiding behind process. No waiting for permission. You own your work and you ship it.
We use the latest tools because they make us faster, not because they're trendy. We experiment constantly. Most experiments fail, and that's fine. The ones that work become products that change how organizations solve their hardest problems.
Bureaucracy is the enemy of progress. We don't have layers of management, endless meetings, or approval chains. We have smart people, hard problems, and the autonomy to solve them.

What you'll do here
Not everything here is about the science side of development. Yes, we work on quantum computing and optimization. But we also need people to handle operations, communicate with customers, design user experiences, write documentation, and keep the business running.
Everyone jumps in to help with whatever needs doing. Engineers talk to customers. Product people write code. Scientists help with sales calls. That's how small teams move fast. If you need clear lanes and rigid role definitions, you'll hate it here. If you like wearing multiple hats and solving whatever problem is most urgent, you'll thrive.
We use AI in everything we do. Our products like Workflows and Decisions use AI to help people tackle problems that were previously out of reach. Everything we ship is accelerated by AI, both in our workflow and in our products. If you're skeptical about AI tools, this probably isn't the right fit.
