Founder & CEO
whurley founded Strangeworks in 2018 with a vision to make quantum computing accessible to anyone who needed to solve hard problems. A serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, he's built companies at the intersection of emerging technology and enterprise needs for over two decades.
He serves on numerous boards and advisory roles across the quantum computing ecosystem, and has been a vocal advocate for practical quantum adoption since before it was fashionable. Under his leadership, Strangeworks has grown from a quantum-first platform into the heterogeneous hybrid compute powerhouse.
